7:00 AM – 10K Ruck
• Participants must carry a minimum 15-pound ruck or weighted vest throughout the entire course.
7:30 AM – 10K Run
8:00 AM – 5K Run
8:30 AM – Family Fun Run
• One Family Fun Run registration includes up to 5 family members:
o 2 Adults
o 3 Children
